Thinking Chair
The clutters of the day, like work, in order to be able to earn more money to live in this economically draining time, is one of the best stress givers. Couple that with lack of sleep and you will stay young — because you will most likely die young. Every time humans lack sleep, the body is deprived of repairing itself.
Making a conscious effort to think at least 20 minutes a day does something good. That means doing nothing else but to think. It would help if you have a thinking chair like a hickory furniture. You will be stress-relieved, which will relax you, and make you sleep on time, at the same time exercised your brains.
