On a busy Medical floor the Doctor Kanjibhai stops the nurse to brief her on a patient’s condition called.

“This patient called Manishbhai is a friend and my favorite golf partner. His injury is serious and I fear he will not be able to play golf again unless you follow my orders exactly.”

Kanjibhai then began listing orders:

“You must give an injection in a different location every twenty minutes followed by a second injection exactly five minutes after the first.”

“He must take two pills at exactly every hour followed by one pill every fifteen minutes for eight hours.”

“He must drink no more and no less than ten ounces of water every twenty-five minutes and must void between.

“Soak his arm in warm water for fifteen minutes then place ice for ten minutes and repeat over and over for the rest of the day.”

“Give range of motion every thirty minutes.”
“He requires a back rub and foot rub every hour.”

“Feed him something tasty every hour.”

“Be cheerful and do whatever he asks at all times.

“Chart his condition and vital signs every twenty minutes.”

“You must do these things exactly as I ordered or his injury will not heal properly, and he will not able to play golf well.”

The nurse left the doctor and entered Manishbhai’s room. She was greeted by anxious family and an equally anxious patient. All asked the nurse what the doctor had said about the Manishbhai.

The nurse started, “The doctor said that you will live.”

Then quickly reviewing the orders, the nurse added, “But you will have to learn a new sport.”

Stunning Muscle

Merely hanging out in the street corner when someone passes by with a bunch of muscle all over him stunned me. I took another glimpse and this time directly to the places where the muscles are located. I was amazed, but with the amazement came in the side the doubt. Is that really possible? Is he human? With a pinch of stupidity, I ask my friend how to have that body. He evenly answered me with a phrase of testosterone. He just advice me to increase my testosterone levels and exercise will do the rest. With further clarification, I asked him again about a testosterone booster . If he know something about it and where can we get it. But the talking stop until the guy passes back again in front of us

Certain Fats

Just came from a trip from a certain island away from the city. All the diets and regularities are put into clutch. Exercise and gym had been put into hold mode. But as I step back into the busy street, it feels like hell remembering all these work outs and diets. So suddenly I stop and think for awhile, I thought of something that burns fats so easily, sort of a fat burner. So I’ve rushed to the nearest café and put my self online. I’m browsing the internet looking for the best ffat burner in the e-market. I found a number of fat burners, so I say that this thing really exist, so one thing I can suggest search and choose a fat burner that fits you, whatever you do and wherever you go.

Five Minutes

While at the park one day, a woman sat down next to a man on a bench near a playground. “That’s my son over there,” she said, pointing to a little boy in a red sweater who was gliding down the slide.

“He’s a fine looking boy” the man said. “That’s my daughter on the bike in The white dress.” Then, looking at his watch, he called to his daughter.

“What do you say we go, Melissa?”

Melissa pleaded, “Just five more minutes, Dad. Please? Just five more minutes.”

The man nodded and Melissa continued to ride her bike to her heart’s content.

Minutes passed and the father stood and called again to his daughter. “Time to go now?”

Again Melissa pleaded, “Five more minutes, Dad. Just five more minutes.”

The man smiled and said, “O.K.”

“My, you certainly are a patient father,” the woman responded.

The man smiled and then said, “Her older brother Tommy was killed by a drunk driver last year while he was riding his bike near here. I never spent much time with Tommy and now I’d give anything for just five more minutes with him. I’ve vowed not to make the same mistake with Melissa. She thinks she has five more minutes to ride her bike. The truth is, I get five more minutes to watch her play.”

Life is all about making priorities, what are your priorities?

Give someone you love 5 more minutes of your time today

Resistance

Recently, I had a few dinner invitations. It is something hardly to resist but I doubt to cater each invitation because sometimes I caught busy at work and home. I have to decline sometimes to them. I have to pay attention on my diet too even apidexin is my companion to loss weight. It is not enough I must have a strong discipline of myself. It would be me to benefit the success. And those old clothes will soon wear a good smile.
