Yesterday, I was doing so called general cleaning in the house LOL. Well- it was needed and was so glad to have 3 rooms done. But last night was so miserable I suffer from night time allergies. After I vacuumed our bedroom I forgot to change the bed sheets and all and I guess that was causing it.

Every morning I listen to my favorite FM radio station. I guess one of the sponsors in the show is a part of nutrisystem because he talks a lot about it and how it helps him lose some weight. I saw his recent photos on the website, he surely lost a lot. Now, I really wonder how does nutrisystem really work would love to give it a try.
